Perhaps this is a biological question, but does everyone see colors the same way? We may all agree that a particular shade is "red," but does everyone see red as the same hue?

@cou That question is actually pretty much impossible to answer, since we have no way to see each other's perception at the moment, but I think we most likely do not. However, this probably doesn't make too much difference, because even if our "reds" don't look alike, they look the way we expect them to, and carry the same connotations. So our experiences looking at something "red" are probably not too different.
