It's good to know what actually makes a good mesh. I noticed while working on A2 that there are some situations in which it is technically valid to perform a certain operation (like edge flipping on the cube), but the resulting mesh does not look good at all.

edge flipping on a cube produces non-planar faces which is should automatically make a bad mesh imo
