Isn't this just the reciprocal of 0.05 sec/hits? Or did we just assume that our video displays the hits sequentially so that it only worked out to its reciprocal mathematically?
What is the distinction between radiant energy and radiant flux when rendering a still scene, where no time is passing? In this case, do we only talk about one or the other?
Do we normally quantify this as a function of time or as a constant value?
