In the lecture video, the top left image was shown to be animated (with a very smooth animation to be precise, which makes me think that each frame was most likely not hand-made and rather generated through some procedure.)

For this first assignment, will we be working with and able to create animations such as this or will we be working with single, non-animated svgs?
