This is very cool! https://iquilezles.org/www/articles/checkerfiltering/checkerfiltering.htm#:~:text=Filtering for us basically means,by the pixels under shading I was looking at the gif at the bottom of this page and noticed that the right side image still produces the odd circular patterns on the far-away circles that. So is this still an exact coverage?

I am curious as to why is there is an exact solution for checkerboard patterns and not other patterns. Is it due to geometry/math/etc?
