Does anyone have any coherent resources to look into these topics?
The lecture gives us enough for intuition and hands-on application but am hoping to learn a little more.

I would also like to read more into these topics to deepen my understanding.

When I looked into the ways of representing rotations/geometric transformations, I came across the geometric algebra/exterior algebra which seemed like a much more general and nice way of representing these things than Quaternions. I am looking forward to taking 15-458 and formally learning about these things.
